1. Your Right to Withdraw

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase made on cartdeal.shop within 14 days, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

This right is provided by Articles 52 et seq. of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (the "Consumer Code").

2. When the 14-Day Period Starts

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party you have indicated other than the courier, take physical possession of the products.

There are two special cases.

• If you ordered several products that are delivered separately, the period starts from the day you receive the last product.
• If a product is delivered in several lots or pieces, the period starts from the day you receive the last lot or piece.

3. How to Withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement:

• by email to [email protected] ;

You may use the model withdrawal form in Section 10, but you are not obliged to.

Any clear statement of your decision is sufficient. To help us process your request quickly, please include your order number, your full name and the products you are returning.

To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your notice before the 14-day period expires.

Your withdrawal does not need to be approved by us. We will confirm receipt by email and send you the return instructions.

4. Returning the Products

You must send the products back to us, at the address indicated in our return instructions, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of the day you notified us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send the products before the 14-day period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the products, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of shipment.

5. Condition of the Products

You may handle and inspect the products as you would in a shop, to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Please return them complete with all accessories and documentation and, where possible, in their original packaging.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

In such cases, we may deduct the corresponding amount from your refund, explaining the reasons in writing.

6. Refunds

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

The only exception is any additional cost resulting from your choice of a delivery method more expensive than the standard delivery we offer.

We will make the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back or you have supplied proof of having sent them, whichever is earlier.

7. Haven't Received Your Refund?

Once we have issued your refund, it may take a few business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If it has not arrived within the expected time, please check your bank or card statement first, then contact your bank or payment provider.

If the refund still has not arrived, write to us at [email protected] with your order number and we will look into it straight away.

8. Exceptions

In accordance with Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to certain types of products.

These include:

• products made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
• products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery;
• products that, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other items;
• digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, once its supply has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you would thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

Where one of these exceptions applies to a product, it will be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.

9. Withdrawal and Defective Products

The right of withdrawal is independent of the legal warranty of conformity.

If a product is defective, damaged or not as described, you are also protected by the 24-month legal warranty, even after the withdrawal period has expired.
