1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the website cartdeal.shop (the "Website") and the purchase of products offered through it.
They apply to consumers, meaning individuals acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession, in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (the "Consumer Code").
Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. When you place an order, you will be asked to accept them expressly. We recommend saving or printing a copy for future reference.

3. Scope and Changes to These Terms
These Terms apply to all sales contracts concluded through the Website.
We may update them from time to time; the updated version will be published on this page and will apply from the date of publication.
Each order is governed by the version of the Terms in force at the time the order was placed. Later changes never affect orders that have already been submitted.
4. Who Can Buy
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for keeping your details up to date. We cannot be held responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by you.
5. Product Information
We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including their main characteristics.
Product images are for illustrative purposes: minor differences in colour, size or design may occur, for example due to screen settings, and packaging may differ from the images shown.
Such differences do not affect your rights under the legal warranty if the product does not match its description (see Section 13).
Products are available while stocks last. If a product you have ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will let you know promptly and refund any amount already paid.
6. Prices
All prices shown on the Website are in euros (€) and include VAT and any other applicable taxes.
Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown clearly before you confirm your order, so that you always know the total price you will pay.
We may change prices at any time, but the price applicable to your order is the one displayed when you submit it.
Where a price reduction is announced, the previous price shown is the lowest price applied in the 30 days before the reduction, in accordance with Article 17-bis of the Consumer Code.
7. How to Place an Order
To place an order, add the products you want to your cart, enter your shipping and billing details, choose a payment method, accept these Terms and confirm the order by clicking the button with the clear indication of an obligation to pay (for example, "Order and pay").
Before confirming, you can review your order and correct any input errors.
The contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation email, which summarises the products purchased, the total price, shipping costs and a link to these Terms.
The contract is concluded in English. We store a copy of your order, which you can request at any time.
We may refuse or cancel an order where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, where the product is unavailable, or where there is an obvious pricing error caused by a technical fault.
In any such case, we will inform you promptly and refund any amount already paid in full.
8. Payment
Payments are processed securely by certified third-party payment providers.
The accepted methods are shown at checkout and may include credit and debit cards and digital payment systems.
We never have access to, or store, your full card details. We do not charge any fees for the use of a particular payment method.
9. Shipping and Delivery
We ship orders to the addresses and countries listed in our Shipping Policy, which also sets out estimated processing and delivery times and shipping costs.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, the courier and any customs procedures.
Unless otherwise agreed, we will deliver your order within 30 days of the conclusion of the contract.
If we fail to do so, you may set an additional reasonable deadline and, if delivery still does not take place, terminate the contract and receive a full refund, as provided by Article 61 of the Consumer Code.
The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you only when you, or a person you have designated other than the courier, take physical possession of them.
10. Delivery Problems
When you receive your order, please check that the package is intact.
If the package appears visibly damaged, we recommend accepting it "with reservation" or noting the damage on the courier's delivery receipt.
If your package is missing, damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible, attaching photos where relevant.
This helps us resolve the issue quickly with the courier. It does not limit your rights under the legal warranty.
11. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party you have indicated other than the courier, take physical possession of the products.
If you ordered several products delivered separately, the period starts from the delivery of the last product.
How to withdraw. To exercise this right, send us a clear statement of your decision to withdraw by email to [email protected] .
You can use the model withdrawal form available on our Right of Withdrawal page, but you are not obliged to do so. It is enough to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.
Returning the products. You must return the products to us without undue delay, and in any case within 14 days of notifying your withdrawal. Unless we have agreed to cover them, the direct costs of returning the products are borne by you.
Condition of the products. You may handle and inspect the products to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, just as you would in a shop.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose. Please return the products with all accessories and, where possible, in their original packaging, well protected for transport.
Exceptions. The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases set out in Article 59 of the Consumer Code, including products made to your specifications or clearly personalised, and sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
12. Refunds After Withdrawal
We will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.
If you chose a delivery method more expensive than the standard option we offer, we are not required to refund the additional cost.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back or you have supplied proof of having sent them, whichever is earlier.
Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise, and at no extra cost to you.
13. Legal Warranty of Conformity
All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity under Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code.
We are responsible for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 24 months of delivery. Any defect that becomes apparent within one year of delivery is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise.
To exercise the warranty, contact us at [email protected] describing the defect, attaching photos or videos where possible, within two months of discovering it.
You are entitled, free of charge, to have the product brought into conformity by repair or replacement, at your choice, unless the chosen remedy is impossible or disproportionate.
Where this is not possible, or is not carried out within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a proportionate price reduction or to terminate the contract and receive a refund.
The legal warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, failure to follow the instructions, accidents or normal wear and tear.
Further details are available on our Warranty and Replacement page. Any commercial warranty offered by the manufacturer is in addition to, and does not replace, the legal warranty.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of business or profits, temporary unavailability of the Website, or damage caused by misuse of the products or failure to follow their instructions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, for defective products under the applicable product liability rules, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
15. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including texts, images, graphics, logos and trademarks, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
16. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to its systems, or use it to transmit harmful or unlawful content.
We may suspend or restrict access for anyone who breaches these rules, without prejudice to any further legal action.
17. Privacy
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy .
18. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, widespread technical failures or government restrictions.
In such cases, we will inform you promptly. If the delay continues for an unreasonable time, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund of any amounts paid.
19. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at [email protected] . We will respond as soon as reasonably possible and will seek to find an amicable solution.
More information is available on our Product Complaints and Disputes page.
If we cannot resolve the matter together, you may use the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures provided for by Articles 141 et seq. of the Consumer Code, for example through an ADR body registered with the Italian Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy.
20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law.
If you are a consumer resident in another EU country, you also benefit from any mandatory protections provided by the law of your country of residence.
For any dispute with a consumer, the competent court is that of the place where the consumer resides or is domiciled, if located in Italy, in accordance with Article 66-bis of the Consumer Code.
